- Proven experience as a M&E Commercial Manager, ideally within the engineering sector.
- Background and strong understanding of commercial processes related to hospital projects.
- Ability to lead negotiations, manage contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and commercial metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team management.
- Demonstrated capability in managing budgets and forecasts effectively.
