We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of a £320M hospital transformation project. Reporting to the Senior Electrical Engineer, this role will be responsible for assisting with the design, installation, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to support the successful execution of electrical works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Support the Senior Electrical Engineer in overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and technical assessments.
- Contribute to risk assessments and troubleshooting of electrical issues.
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and material procurement.
- Support testing, inspection, and handover of electrical installations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
